What you will do

  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and various business units to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Manage business relationships to ensure accurate and timely program implementation.
  • Drive growth and profitability through increased account penetration.
  • Execute marketing strategies to maximize customer retention.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure operational efficiency for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management or project management experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.

Nice to have

  • Experience in collaborative problem resolution.
  • Experience developing and executing sales and marketing plans.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Access.
