What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of accountability for the Retail engagement across current and future state workstreams.
  • Coordinate between Vendor, Finance, IT, and Real Estate leadership as a key member of the Operating Committee.
  • Escalate risks and decision needs to the Executive Committee to maintain project pace and alignment.
  • Prioritize key hypotheses and decision points to focus analysis on the highest-value outcomes for the enterprise.
  • Validate that recommendations are practical and actionable within existing CVS processes and governance models.
  • Ensure timely delivery of baseline materials, KPIs, and reporting access required for analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate strategy, preferably for a regional or national retailer.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office tools, including advanced Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and lead multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience implementing new systems and managing large-scale projects.
  • Solid hands-on experience working with large data sources and modern data platforms.
  • 3–5 years of experience planning and executing detailed test plans and strategies.
