What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end operational framework for global events across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
• Plan and track materials, freight, staffing, and systems to ensure seamless event execution.
• Take full ownership of event budget forecasting and financial tracking in line with corporate strategy.
• Manage event timelines, identify operational discrepancies, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Coach and support teams to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a Senior Operations or Program Management role.
• In-depth knowledge of large-scale logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Monday, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Must be based in Northern Virginia, USA.
• Ability to travel internationally to support 7+ events per year (each lasting approximately 5-6 days).
