Program Manager (US EST work hours)

TL;DR

Program Manager (VoC/E): Manage VoC/E programs end-to-end, including survey setup, delivery coordination, quality checks, and ensuring accurate on-time delivery with an accent on client relationships and business value. Focus on owning delivery processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and driving program growth.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Required to work US EST hours (4PM-1AM EEST), office hours can be discussed. Hybrid working mode in US hub locations (Chicago, Boston, South Bend).

What you will do

• Immerse in client’s business to understand challenges, objectives, and success measures
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop timelines, and manage delivery
• Own end-to-end delivery process for VoC/E programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and profitability
• Serve as single point of contact for clients, teams, and partners throughout delivery
• Apply Forsta tools and best practices to meet client requirements and timelines
• Inform clients, commercial leads, and management on progress, risks, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of market research project management experience
• Experience with survey platforms, QA processes, and delivery timelines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in deadline-driven environments
