Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable processes and frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the design organization.
  • Lead programs supporting team culture and operational excellence, including rituals, offsites, and all-hands initiatives.
  • Drive onboarding and enablement programs to ensure new designers integrate seamlessly into the team.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to align workflows and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage and optimize design tools and resources to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to design leadership, facilitating decision-making and identifying operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in design operations, program management, or a similar role within a design-driven organization.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs from concept to delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accountability.
