Senior Partner GTM Program Manager (Global Alliances): Developing and implementing global revenue programs to accelerate partner business with Global Alliances and Channel Sales partners with an accent on co-selling activities, partner service delivery, and customer adoption. Focus on scaling adoption through GSIs and Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) and managing complex cross-functional initiatives between hirify.global and Microsoft.

Salary: $103,200 - $273,700 /Yr

What you will do

  • Design and execute strategic revenue acceleration programs for Global System Integrators (GSI) and Cloud Solution Providers (CSP).
  • Coordinate closely with Microsoft GTM Business Strategy and Partner teams to align global and regional efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders to define milestones and tasks to achieve program goals in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Define OKRs and monitor KPIs to track the success of partner business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by automating tasks and optimizing internal business operating processes.
  • Manage relationships with leadership across hirify.global and Microsoft to drive consensus on joint partner motions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7+ years of experience in program, product, or project management, or customer success.
  • 3+ years of experience within a partner ecosystem, specifically focused on Global Alliances or Channel Sales.
  • Ability to work across different time zones and travel up to 25% when necessary.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience at a high-growth SaaS company executing revenue-focused initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue GTM program management with a deep understanding of the Microsoft sales ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of piloting and scaling programmatic partner programs in the field.
