Senior Account Executive - Workforce Solutions (HCM)

What you will do

• Acquire mid-market customers and manage the full sales cycle through close.
• Create and close opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Build pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting.
• Uncover customer challenges and present the value of hirify.global’s HCM solutions.
• Conduct demonstrations of payroll and other HCM products.
• Use tailored insights, social proof, and ROI analysis to drive customer decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of new-logo B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a full-cycle hunter role.
• Consistent success meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience selling to mid-market organizations with 200 employees or fewer.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of payroll or HCM.
• Strong results orientation, adaptability, and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
