What you will do

  • Build targeted SDR candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Develop and iterate on outbound outreach sequences based on response data.
  • Qualify inbound interest and warm up leads before passing them to the recruiting team.
  • Manage candidate pipelines from job fairs and university outreach, specifically focusing on University of South Florida relationships.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics such as outreach volume and conversion to screen.
  • Partner with SDR recruiters to calibrate the ideal candidate profile and maintain a clean Greenhouse ATS.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales sourcing role.
  • Strong written communication skills for creating compelling, non-templated outreach messages.
  • Comfort with cold outreach and resilience to low response rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Raleigh, NC.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
