Trainer II (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop structured training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Create facilitator guides, presentations, and interactive learning activities.
• Facilitate live, instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person.
• Update training materials as products, tools, and processes evolve.
• Support learner success by providing guidance and reinforcing key skills post-training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in facilitation and content creation or a combination of operations and training.
• Experience in training, enablement, or learning & development.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into actionable concepts.
• Must be based in the US (eligible for US-based benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience in Customer Support, fintech, or banking.
• Confidence leading interactive sessions, including roleplays and discussions.
• Ability to balance structure with adaptability in live environments.
