What you will do

• Supervise personnel ensuring they are trained, meet production goals, and work safely and efficiently.
• Provide direction and guidance to supervisors and group leaders in department operations.
• Monitor workflow, investigate issues, initiate corrective actions, and notify management of delays.
• Oversee training records, audits, and re-certifications per SOPs.
• Enforce policies, conduct performance evaluations, counseling, disciplinary actions, and salary recommendations.
• Maintain technical competency in product assembly and review departmental paperwork for compliance.
• Inspect work areas for housekeeping and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment, tooling, processes in electrode production.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and communicate to team.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective interaction with production employees to senior managers.
