What you will do

• Read work orders, follow production drawings, and assemble components using jigs, fixtures, or verbal instructions.
• Perform joining operations including crimping, staking, screwing, soldering, and press fitting.
• Mount and connect electronic components like transformers, resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits on chassis.
• Conduct intermediate tasks such as potting, encapsulating, cleaning, epoxy bonding, and color-coding.
• Tend machines for pressing, shaping, or winding parts and perform online go/no-go testing and inspection.
• Work in Clean Environment Room (CER) and adjust materials to meet electrical or dimensional standards.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school plus one year related experience, or equivalent combination preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and written information.
• Strong problem-solving, quality focus, and attention to detail for meeting production standards.
• Adaptability to changes, dependability, and ability to work long hours when needed.
• Physical ability for repetitive motions, occasional standing/walking, and constant sitting.
• Observance of safety and security procedures in clean room environment.
