What you will do
- Monitor customer accounts for nonpayment, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and follow up on past due accounts via email and phone.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and coordinate with third-party collections agencies.
- Maintain and analyze A/R aging reports with periodic status updates for the account management team.
- Support the AR team with ad hoc projects and handle customer inquiries via phone.
Requirements
- 3+ years of collections experience managing a high volume of accounts (minimum 500).
- 1+ years of experience with Oracle Financials software.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Must be based in Ireland.

- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce.
