What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of complex workplace accounts to ensure timely invoice payments.
• Perform high-volume outbound calls to resolve past-due account balances.
• Negotiate tradeoffs between risk mitigation and growth potential during payment recovery.
• Resolve customer invoice disputes and manage payment remittances.
• Educate healthcare executives on billing processes and invoicing procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing systems based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based outside of the United States.
• Reliable laptop or desktop (Chromebooks and Linux OS are not supported).
• Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection and a wired headset.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace with stable power connectivity.
