What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process across various service lines and disciplines.
• Generate diverse candidate pools using job boards, professional networking, and sourcing tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop efficient sourcing and pipelining strategies.
• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and organizational fit.
• Proactively build and maintain pipelines for critical and repeat positions.
• Support employment branding and the company's recruiting presence on social media.

Requirements

• BA degree.
• 1-3 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience in both candidate recruitment and the business development side of recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience in diversity sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Workday recruitment tools or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
