RCM Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead team as working supervisor: run huddles, 1-1s, performance conversations, and coach while doing the work yourself.
• Handle complex benefit verifications, prior authorizations, and AR follow-ups; teach specialists to do the same.
• Set quality and productivity standards for BV, PA, AR; provide clear feedback.
• Develop team through individualized plans, hiring, onboarding.
• Support reporting to customers and join occasional calls for escalations.
• Build SOPs, payer playbooks, improve workflows including AI tooling; drive AI adoption.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in BV, PA, AR follow-up for complex commercial cases; ability to teach and spot issues.
• Experience supervising remote/offshore teams directly.
• Working leader comfortable doing the hands-on work.
• Metrics-fluent: clean claim rate, DSO, denial rate, PA turnaround, AR aging; strong Excel.
• Weekly AI tool user (Claude, Gemini); specific workflows.
• Thrives in startup pace; tech-savvy communicator.
