TL;DR
Community Lead (SaaS): Building and managing a customer advocacy and community program to turn hotel customers into a network of champions with an accent on pipeline support and cross-sell. Focus on executing community events, generating authentic customer-driven content, and aligning community outputs with GTM goals.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Dallas, TX)
Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 (Total expected cash compensation)

What you will do
- Build and execute a curated network of power users to drive referrals and support sales cycles.
- Lead the strategy and execution of community events, ranging from large user conferences to recurring workshops.
- Create authentic, publication-quality customer stories and use cases to drive new business and expansion.
- Monitor 3rd-party community forums to influence the product roadmap and spark GTM initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with key hospitality industry consultants and influencers.
- Develop a metrics framework connecting community activities to revenue and platform adoption.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in customer advocacy, community, or customer marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building structured advocacy or champions programs from the ground up.
- Experience designing and running customer-facing events with accountability for outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both end-users and internal commercial stakeholders.
- GTM-oriented mindset with a focus on pipeline and revenue terms.
- Ability to produce high-quality written and visual creative content.
