What you will do

• Scale hirify.global Clubs globally by defining quality standards and building systems for 84+ chapters.
• Re-energize the 30K+ member Slack community to restore intimacy and high-signal engagement.
• Develop operational workflows and playbooks to ensure quality does not slip during scaling.
• Create a seamless transition between in-person event energy and digital continuity.
• Serve as the internal megaphone, surfacing community insights to Sales, CX, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Support international expansion through the deployment of digital and IRL community events.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and scaling authentic communities.
• Systems thinking capability with a strong bias toward scrappy execution over premature systematization.
• Hands-on operator mindset, comfortable engaging in Slack threads and hosting events.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a first-of-its-kind AI-native GTM community.
• Must be based in New York to support the hybrid work format.
