What you will do
- Own the strategic vision, persona journey map, and content roadmap for University, collaborating with brand and website teams.
- Ship content faster by creating it yourself, hiring creators, and covering all GTME topics.
- Lead and grow the University content team as a player-coach, unblocking and sharpening their work.
- Build cross-functional content pipelines from Solutions, GTMOps, and Forward Deployed GTME teams.
- Launch experimental programs like visiting professors or community-authored guides.
- Measure content resonance, double down on what works, and build a flywheel for GTME Ecosystem brand.
Requirements
- Content creator with founder’s mindset, able to write and see the full system.
- Learner-first approach, experimenting with new AI models immediately.
- Obsessed with shipping cadence over perfection.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, building AI-native playbooks for emerging disciplines.
- Proven track record running content functions, programs, or publications at high pace and standards.
Nice to have
- Experience in GTM Engineering or related fields.
