What you will do
- Own the health and retention of a defined customer portfolio, ensuring consistent value realization and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Payroll, and Finance to resolve issues affecting client and employee experience.
- Drive customer activation by removing operational blockers to speed up time-to-revenue and time-to-value.
- Identify strategic expansion opportunities across products and countries, educating customers on new capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on global employment and country-specific employment practices.
- Provide structured client feedback to Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Support, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience working in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
- Excellent English proficiency is a must.
- Must be based in one of the supported Latin American countries.
- Strong strategic thinking, clear communication, and efficient time management skills.
