Salary: $850 - $1,250 per day

What you will do
- Define the vision, roadmap, and OKRs for Research & Insights operations in partnership with leadership.
- Build AI-powered agents and intelligent workflows to automate research synthesis and insight distribution.
- Design and scale a repeatable, self-service participant recruitment and customer access infrastructure.
- Establish research ethics, compliance, and data governance frameworks to ensure participant trust.
- Develop the operational backbone for the Insights Fluency program to empower teams across the company to be insights-driven.
- Govern the Research Knowledge Management system, including metadata frameworks and freshness policies.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience building and scaling operational systems at a staff or principal level.
- Proven track record of applying AI tools to build automated workflows for knowledge retrieval and synthesis.
- Deep understanding of experience design, user research, and product development processes in a tech environment.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Product, Design, Engineering, Legal, and Procurement.
- Experience with research platforms such as Great Question, Qualtrics, Dovetail, User Interviews, dscout, or Figma.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
