What you will do

  • Identify and cultivate strategic referral and integration partners to drive mutual growth and market presence.
  • Lead partnership initiatives and co-marketing efforts to achieve quarterly revenue targets and deal sourcing.
  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs to equip partners to sell the platform.
  • Collaborate with Product and Developer Relations teams to prioritize and ensure seamless REST API integrations.
  • Analyze partner performance using Salesforce and Looker to provide actionable insights and optimize strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and clear responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development within the SaaS sector.
  • Extensive experience with the food & beverage industry or POS provider networks is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of ERP software and REST API integrations.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and manage partner onboarding programs.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Legal right to work in Canada.
