What you will do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Create and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from open to close, ensuring adherence to pricing and margin standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on client strategy.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including renewals and churn.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany (Berlin) or able to work in a hybrid/remote setup within the region.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other CRM tools.
  • Deep knowledge of the Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls (40-50 per day).
