What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth and retention.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the designated territory.
- Create and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from open to close, ensuring adherence to pricing and margin standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on client strategy.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including renewals and churn.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany (Berlin) or able to work in a hybrid/remote setup within the region.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other CRM tools.
- Deep knowledge of the Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls (40-50 per day).
