What you will do

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and nurture connections with senior leaders at public transport authorities and public administrations.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signature.
• Develop and execute market-specific sales and lead generation strategies in collaboration with Marketing.
• Lead complex negotiations and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the Sales & Business Development team.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
• English: C1 level required.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel across relevant markets.

Nice to have

• Experience in public transport, SaaS, or technology industries.
• Fluency in additional European languages (e.g., Czech, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Dutch, or Norwegian).
