Talent Development Manager (Leadership Development): Designing and scaling high-impact enablement experiences and behavioral interventions to bridge executive strategy and global execution with an accent on organizational effectiveness and leadership standards. Focus on architecting curated growth journeys, facilitating senior-level workshops, and measuring ROI of behavioral change.
Location: Remote (USA). Applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX are expected to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
Salary: $104,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead high-impact live or virtual workshops, onsite strategy events, and manager-enablement sessions for senior executives.
- Design, scale, and continuously improve leadership development and manager enablement programs.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to align development programs with business priorities.
- Create high-quality enablement assets, including practical playbooks, toolkits, and guides for hybrid environments.
- Develop metrics to track ROI, program reach, and tangible behavioral insights of enablement impact.
- Support leadership onboarding experiences to accelerate effectiveness and cultural integration.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 8+ years of experience (or 6+ with an advanced degree) focused on Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or high-level Facilitation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources.
- Proven track record of facilitating complex and sensitive subject matter to senior-level leaders.
- Experience building and delivering enterprise-wide enablement programs, such as coaching experiences and leadership tools.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree in Leadership Development or a related field.
- Industry-recognized facilitation or coaching certifications (e.g., CPF, CMF, CPTD, ICF, Covey, DDI).
