TL;DR

Learning And Development Specialist (Fintech): Designing and delivering training programs for a growing department with an accent on instructional design and adult learning theory. Focus on evaluating training needs, creating multimedia learning experiences, and supporting company-wide L&D initiatives.

Location: On-site 5 days per week in Las Vegas, NV

What you will do

  • Create engaging learning experiences using instructional design methodology and multimedia principles.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine the most effective delivery methods (CBT, videos, hybrid solutions).
  • Facilitate onsite and remote training sessions to foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure technical content accuracy.
  • Support change management efforts for new initiatives, tools, and workflows.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness based on employee feedback and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in L&D, training, or supporting a training department.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools like Articulate, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Synthesia.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodology.
  • Must be based in Las Vegas, NV for full-time on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a call center environment.
  • Project management experience.
