What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of the AMER sales onboarding experience to drive GTM readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing programming and maintain tight feedback loops with sales executives.
  • Conduct high-impact virtual and in-person facilitation and coaching sessions that achieve specific learning objectives.
  • Develop enablement content and coordinate complex programs with high attention to detail.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to measure impact and influence the overall onboarding strategy.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed and energized from day one.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales enablement or onboarding, specifically within a highly technical environment.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging sessions for both virtual and in-person audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align with sales leaders.
  • Analytical mindset to measure program impact and adjust interventions based on data.
  • Must be located in San Francisco, California.
