Requirements

• Experience in software engineering with significant leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems with high availability.
• Track record building and managing high-performing teams through growth phases.
• Success driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
• Ability to provide architecture-level technical direction with pragmatic execution.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
