What you will do

• Drive enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for data platforms, analytics, and intelligence capabilities.
• Lead transformation to a modern, AI-native, product-oriented data ecosystem with scalable, reliable platforms.
• Align data strategies with business, research, product, and technology teams to enable decision-making and outcomes.
• Establish data governance frameworks, stewardship, and standards for quality, privacy, and compliance including HIPAA.
• Build and lead high-performing teams in data platforms, analytics, and governance.
• Manage vendor partnerships, budgets, and investments for cost optimization and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or related; 10+ years in data/analytics/platform leadership; 8+ years people leadership.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, modern architectures, governance, regulatory compliance in healthcare.
• Experience in complex, regulated organizations; ability to lead transformations, influence executives, and drive value metrics.
• Location: United States (Hybrid)

• Experience leading AI-enabled transformations or advanced analytics.
• Background in healthcare or life sciences.
• Advanced degree in related field.
