Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, USA). Must be based in San Francisco with an office-centric schedule (standard in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
Salary: $334,000 - $370,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and grow a remote team of Account Executives to drive SLED revenue and net new logo acquisition.
- Develop and execute the GTM playbook for Gov Sales within the SLED segment in collaboration with revenue leadership.
- Manage complex, multi-threaded enterprise opportunities, navigating procurement vehicles and compliance frameworks.
- Influence the Gov and AI product roadmaps by providing structured field feedback.
- Coach sellers on enterprise qualification using MEDDPICC and strategic account planning.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience leading public sector or higher education enterprise sales teams in SaaS or cloud platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling vertical GTM strategies from early traction to repeatable growth.
- Deep expertise in public procurement pathways, including Prime/sub models and SI partnerships.
- Strong existing executive-level relationships across higher education and state/local agencies.
- Must be based in San Francisco to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
