What you will do

• Resolve issues regarding design or manufacturing to ensure design acceptance and readiness.
• Adopt new technologies such as automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing software to improve efficiency.
• Plan and optimize testing procedures and operations for better reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor results, machine and process capabilities, and overall performance reliability.

Requirements

• Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques, and tools for all manufacturing stages.
• Strong analytical thinking for root cause analysis and creating alternative solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in product development environments.
• Effective communication skills for transmitting and interpreting technical needs.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
