Sr. Service Engineer (Engineering)

What you will do

• Perform system installation, commissioning, software/hardware configuration, and calibration at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair products and systems to hirify.global specifications.
• Act as the primary company representative and liaison for customer interactions.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and continuous improvement methods to increase operating equipment effectiveness (O.E.E.).
• Generate calibration certificates and service reports, providing expert evaluation and interpretation of results.
• Provide technical mentorship to Junior Service Engineers on test cell devices and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in a related engineering field.
• 7+ years of experience with test automation equipment and test bed operation (hardware and software).
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical processes.
• Current authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis (no sponsorship).
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for required local and regional travel.
