What you will do
- Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new products and lifecycle management to drive revenue, margins, and market share.
- Lead cross-functional GTM planning, aligning product roadmaps with revenue goals and corporate strategy.
- Build business cases, pricing models, and forecasts in partnership with stakeholders.
- Coordinate sales, marketing, operations, and channel readiness for launches, including training and incentives.
- Track KPIs like pipeline generation, adoption, and time-to-revenue; conduct post-launch retrospectives.
- Provide market feedback to product teams and sustain launch momentum through retention programs.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in go-to-market, product marketing, product management, or related B2B tech roles
- Experience launching software/hardware solutions; knowledge of channels (resellers, VARs, carriers, direct sales)
- Strong analytical skills for business cases, forecasts, and data-driven decisions
- Strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and presentation skills
- Passion for technology; ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- US work eligibility required (E-Verify)
