What you will do

• Own the development and refinement of positioning and messaging for the Insurance industry.
• Establish thought leadership through strategic content, industry events, and analyst engagement.
• Develop deep buyer personas to address industry-specific pain points and decision dynamics.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to execute Insurance-specific GTM strategies.
• Lead vertical launches for new product capabilities and create necessary sales enablement materials.
• Influence the product roadmap using data-driven insights from industry wins and losses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of product or solutions marketing experience.
• Deep domain knowledge of the Insurance industry.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

• Experience with contact centers, customer experience (CX), and AI Agents.
• Experience working within hypergrowth scale-ups.
