What you will do

• Engage directly with lighthouse customers to validate use cases and sharpen the positioning of hirify.global Postgres AI.
• Develop field-facing assets, including use case narratives, competitive context, and customer-facing proof points.
• Identify repeatable patterns from signature wins to create scalable GTM motions for the sales field.
• Participate in strategic customer meetings to link product functionality with business problem solving.
• Collect and feed market intelligence back to the product team to maintain competitive relevance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, field marketing, or GTM roles at a high-growth technology company.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep experience working directly with strategic customers and field sales teams.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical depth into clear business value for economic buyers.
• Experience building GTM playbooks, competitive positioning, and customer narratives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI, cloud technologies, or enterprise database platforms (specifically Postgres).
