TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (2 days home office per week)

What you will do

  • Proactively contact restaurant owners and managers in the DACH market via inbound and follow-up calls.
  • Sell hirify.global products and services, including promotions, advanced software tools, and booking widgets.
  • Educate restaurant managers on the features and benefits of the hirify.global Manager tool and network.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to successful online publication.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide market insights based on the DACH region.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B business development, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to engage, convince, and manage short-term negotiations.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented approach with a drive to reach and exceed sales targets.
