What you will do

  • Act as lead operational contact for assigned B&M partners, identifying growth opportunities and developing solutions for underperforming territories.
  • Foster inventory health by collaborating with Supply Chain to ensure adequate stock levels amid retail sell-through volatility.
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Auditing teams to execute product merchandising, signage updates, floor model rotations, and seasonal resets.
  • Engage cross-functional teams like Sales Enablement, Finance, and Supply Chain for GTM launches and continuous improvement best practices.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing foot traffic, attach rates, and ROI data to provide actionable insights and maintain partner documentation.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Retail Account Management, Channel Sales, or Vendor Management (high-volume retail environments a plus).
  • Proven ability to work independently, create structure for complex unstructured problems, and manage operational chargebacks, inventory forecasting, and retail compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Looker and Excel for data analysis and formulating recommendations.
  • Trusted to steward cross-functional projects and influence priorities with clear communication to peers and senior leadership.
