What you will do

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on ownership, growth, and accountability
• Drive technical strategy and execution for financial systems, integrations, and automation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across DET IT, QTC, Rev Rec, and Tax to define scope, priorities, and plans
• Establish engineering best practices including Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation
• Lead integration strategy using platforms like MuleSoft and Workday
• Manage stakeholder communication, risks, timelines, global teams, and vendor contributions while driving continuous improvement

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with proven engineering management experience
• Strong domain expertise in Cloud ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle) across QTC, R2R, Revenue Recognition, and Tax
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex, large-scale enterprise systems
• Experience with integrations (preferably MuleSoft) and enterprise platforms like Workday
• Focus on engineering excellence, automation, operational scalability, and managing distributed teams/vendors
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern software delivery practices; excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred)
