Location: In-Office (4 days per week) in Houston, TX; Arlington, VA; or Alpharetta, GA. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Oversee IT General Controls and Segregation of Duties frameworks to ensure audit readiness for SAP and financially impacting systems.
• Maintain a strong SOX compliance posture and conduct regular risk assessments across the application portfolio.
• Lead a centralized Quality Center of Excellence and drive the adoption of automated testing using Tricentis Tosca.
• Define and manage the enterprise release calendar, serving as the final authority for Change Advisory Board decisions.
• Partner with DevOps to ensure non-production environment stability and track quality metrics like MTTR and Change Success Rate.
• Identify and pilot Generative and Agentic AI use cases to deliver measurable business value within GRC and QA domains.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT.
• 5+ years focused on GRC, Release Management, or Quality Assurance within complex ERP or SaaS environments.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP transports and deployment lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing platforms (Tricentis Tosca preferred).
• Proven experience managing IT application SOX compliance and governance frameworks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
