Director - SAP GRC, Quality, & Release Management (SAP): Leading the strategic framework and operational execution of Governance, Risk, Compliance, QA, and Release Management across Enterprise Applications with an accent on regulatory standards, system availability, and deployment controls. Focus on maintaining SOX compliance, driving automated testing with Tricentis Tosca, and managing the enterprise release calendar.
Location: In-Office (4 days per week) in Houston, TX; Arlington, VA; or Alpharetta, GA. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Oversee IT General Controls and Segregation of Duties frameworks to ensure audit readiness for SAP and financially impacting systems.
- Maintain a strong SOX compliance posture and conduct regular risk assessments across the application portfolio.
- Lead a centralized Quality Center of Excellence and drive the adoption of automated testing using Tricentis Tosca.
- Define and manage the enterprise release calendar, serving as the final authority for Change Advisory Board decisions.
- Partner with DevOps to ensure non-production environment stability and track quality metrics like MTTR and Change Success Rate.
- Identify and pilot Generative and Agentic AI use cases to deliver measurable business value within GRC and QA domains.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT.
- 5+ years focused on GRC, Release Management, or Quality Assurance within complex ERP or SaaS environments.
- Strong technical understanding of SAP transports and deployment lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing platforms (Tricentis Tosca preferred).
- Proven experience managing IT application SOX compliance and governance frameworks.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
