What you will do

• Perform workflow analysis, document test results, and recommend quality improvements.
• Work with engineers to resolve software defects and optimize product configurations.
• Define, plan, and coordinate V&V activities across multiple sites per FDA and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and develop software test talent, fostering cross-functional synergy.
• Lead forecasting, effort estimation, resource planning, training, execution, and release activities.
• Oversee implementation of software testing techniques to increase test coverage and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 7 years relevant experience, including 5+ years managerial OR advanced degree + 5 years relevant experience, including 5+ years managerial.
• Expertise in medical product verification and regulatory standards.
• Strong understanding of test protocols, documentation practices, and test management systems.
• Experience managing hardware/software configurations and debugging hardware.
• Ability to collaborate with Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software engineers on integration issues.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IEC-62304 and FDA guidance in software.
• Experience with tools like Polarion, TFS, TestRail, JAMA.
• Debugging experience with oscilloscopes and function generators.
• Strong communication and entrepreneurial drive in fast-paced environments.
