What you will do

• Own and oversee platforms for core revenue generation, financial close, and workforce operations across the enterprise.
• Manage integrated delivery flows including Lead to Cash, Record to Report, and Hire to Retire.
• Direct a multi-layered organization of managers, architects, and system experts using a blended delivery model.
• Define multi-year technical roadmaps and application lifecycle strategies to balance innovation and technical debt reduction.
• Identify and govern AI-driven automation opportunities to deliver measurable business impact.
• Coordinate with strategic partners such as Salesforce and SAP to optimize the enterprise technology stack.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep experience managing complex ecosystems combining SaaS and ERP platforms, specifically Salesforce, SAP, and Workday.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to partner effectively with business executives.
