What you will do

• Collaborate with operational leaders to align projects with program strategy and roadmap.
• Support strategic initiatives tying program roadmap to hirify.global's clinical and business plans.
• Design, communicate, and implement new enhancements or functionality with vendors.
• Manage suppliers for outcomes, metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Direct personnel management including hiring, development, and evaluation.
• Plan, monitor, and control operating and capital budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Nursing or related field
• 5+ years progressive leadership in IT Applications and Software Engineering
• 3+ years technical experience with software engineering teams, Tech Lead, and Architecture
• Expertise in engineering skills for Custom Solutions (Web/Mobile/Integration/Automation)
• Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, DevOps, risk management, cybersecurity, and information security
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic roadmap skills

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in related field
