What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through 1:1s, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee software development lifecycle, roadmap delivery, backlog management, and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and engineering leaders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive long-term technical vision, architectural decisions, and innovation experimentation.
• Champion engineering best practices, processes, design reviews, and scalable solutions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance team culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in people management leading software teams.
• Proven experience leading complex, data-intensive web applications.
• Experience defining and driving technical strategy, balancing priorities with limited capacity.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration (Product, Design).
• Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and modern DevOps practices.
• Passion for mentoring and building successful teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in observability, monitoring, or logging.
• Spec-driven development and AI-driven SDLC transformation.
• Modern front-end tech (React, TypeScript, GraphQL) and data visualization.
• Remote/distributed team experience.
