What you will do

• Design and develop A/B tests on app features and UX, advising on best practices.
• Build attribution models to measure marketing impact on acquisition and retention.
• Synthesize data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead research projects recommending business strategies and product decisions.
• Define and manage metrics with business and data engineers; create reports and visualizations.
• Implement analytical and ML models in production, collaborating with developers; mentor team.

Requirements

• Master's in Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related + 5 years as Data Scientist.
• 5 years MBB consulting experience.
• 3 years scripting (Python, Java) or statistical packages (R, SAS, Matlab).
• 2 years advanced SQL and A/B tests/user research.
• Take-home assessment: case study + A/B test + funnel analysis (passing score required).
