What you will do

• Prepare, review, and distribute monthly commission statements in CaptivateIQ.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market teams for data accuracy.
• Build and maintain compensation plans aligned with company policies and sales goals.
• Enhance and scale compensation processes to support growth.
• Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and deliver ad-hoc reports.
• Manage sales rep inquiries professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years in sales compensation, finance, data analytics, or similar in fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Accuracy, analytical mindset, and obsession with clean data.
• Clear communicator, highly organized, proactive.

• Salesforce proficiency.
