Manager, Software Development (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, recruit, and develop a globally distributed software engineering team.
• Lead the evolution of civil engineering software and drive delivery of highly available, scalable, and performant cloud services.
• Promote modern engineering practices, tools, workflows, and an Empowered Teams organizational model.
• Oversee code quality, maintainability, testing, release readiness, defect management, product stability, and continuous process improvement.
• Use data, telemetry, customer feedback, and engineering insight to guide product strategy, prioritize investments, and improve development efficiency.
• Partner with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering, and senior leadership on product strategy and major initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing globally distributed software teams.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and coaching skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to evolving tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• CV must be submitted in English.
