Manager - Operations Support

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a specialized operations support team comprising Operations Project Managers, Electrical Process Engineers, and Mechanical Process Engineers.
• Represent the manufacturing engineering team in operations-related escalations and provide technical guidance on complex problems.
• Define and implement the vision, service processes, and mandate commitments of the operations support department.
• Manage department budgets, resources, project risks, and service-efficiency metrics.
• Identify and lead efficiency improvements across the organization while supporting manufacturing operations and engineering design decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience, including a minimum of five years managing or supervising a maintenance team.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual French and English proficiency in both spoken and written forms is required.
