What you will do

• Develop and execute DMS roadmap for SharePoint, Teams, O365, aligning with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on features, requirements, and integrations including E5 licensing in Azure.
• Work with Legal/Privacy/Security on compliance policies, data retention, and global standards.
• Drive strategies for unstructured data, document lifecycle, playbooks, and governance.
• Prioritize initiatives, mentor global team, provide technical guidance and best practices.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security; support adoption and transformation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
• 5+ years as business/system analyst designing data labelling/retention in Purview, requirements gathering.
• Experience with Purview, global policies, Legal/Security/Privacy collaboration.
• Understanding of GDPR, ISO, data privacy, risk management, audit support.
• Global team experience, agile methodologies, strong communication, problem-solving.
