Salary: $8,000/month base + tiered commissions (potential take-home $15,500–$30,500+)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end revenue system to drive a minimum 20% month-on-month growth.
  • Build and optimize sales infrastructure, including SMS cadences, follow-up sequences, and re-engagement plays.
  • Enforce strict systems of accountability to improve speed to lead and overall pipeline velocity.
  • Coach and develop a team of Senior Advisor Closers and SDR Setters toward A-Player performance.
  • Manage HubSpot dashboards and reporting to track critical KPIs like lead-to-booking and close rates.
  • Integrate AI agents and automated workflows via JustCall and Dialer.io to increase appointment volume.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling B2B or coaching sales organizations.
  • High technical proficiency in HubSpot, including updating dashboards and troubleshooting data independently.
  • Metrics-driven approach to management with a focus on lead-to-booking, show, and set rates.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams and conduct hard conversations regarding accountability.
  • Combination of high-level strategic thinking and relentless tactical execution.
