Regional Vice President, Industry Expansion (SaaS): Leading and developing a team of Managers and Account Executives to expand business accounts within financial services, healthcare, and other key industries with an accent on revenue growth and team development. Focus on crushing revenue goals, optimizing repeatable sales processes, and navigating multimillion-dollar accounts.
Location: Must currently be based in Salt Lake City, Chicago, or New York City (Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in office)
Salary: $295,000 - $380,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Hire and develop a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Drive consistent achievement of team revenue goals.
- Support strategic sales cycles and the expansion of multimillion-dollar accounts.
- Partner with leadership to define and refine a repeatable sales process.
- Manage pipeline and forecast team results through regular reporting.
- Identify and implement improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
- Must be based in Salt Lake City, Chicago, or New York City.
- 6+ years of experience managing high-performing SaaS sales teams.
- Successful track record of 100%+ quota achievement as both a manager and individual contributor in strategic sales.
- Experience recruiting and developing a sales team from the ground up.
- Previous experience selling into C-level and VP-level sales leadership.
- Strong business acumen and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

- Previous experience using .io.
- Experience selling into Financial Services, Healthcare, Consulting, Manufacturing, or Energy organizations.
