What you will do

• Lead, coach, and scale team of Enterprise Account Executives across AMER
• Own regional revenue targets through pipeline generation, progression, and close
• Establish operating cadence for forecasting, pipeline inspection, and performance management
• Optimize territory design and distribute inbound/outbound opportunities
• Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent while evolving enterprise sales playbook
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product on account strategies

Requirements

• 5–8+ years leading Enterprise Sales teams in SaaS, iPaaS, or enterprise software
• Proven track record exceeding regional revenue targets and scaling teams
• Experience leading managers or second-line leaders preferred
• Deep expertise in complex enterprise sales cycles and executive selling
• Strong operator with disciplined forecasting and data-driven decisions
• Collaborative leader passionate about coaching in fast-paced environment
